The administrative building is designed in the center of the historic part of Baku city, on the site of elongated shape and difficult terrain. 5-storey building, on the last terraced floor provides relax space and a café. On the ground floor there are an exhibition hall, a library and auxiliary facilities. On the upper floors office space, conference rooms, rooms for business meetings are provided.
